Information About Your Stay at Chapel Cottage
Arriving and departing: The bookings are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed in writing. Mid week bookings and short breaks can be arranged in low season.
On receipt of your final balance we will send you detailed directions to the cottage, and advise you of the arrangements for collection of the keys.
The cottage will be ready for you to take over at 2.30 pm, we ask you to leave the cottage by 10 am on the day of departure.
Cleaning: The cottage is thoroughly cleaned between holidays. However because there is only a limited amount of time available to clean, we ask you to leave it clean and tidy.
Linen: Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up before your arrival. Towels can be provided for a small extra charge.
Travel cot and high chair: These can be provided for a small extra charge. Please bring your own linen and bed covers for the cot.
Pets: We accept one small dog (if in doubt please call us), please bring your own pets bedding. Pets should not be allowed upstairs, on the furniture or allowed to foul the property or garden. Pets should also not be left unattended in the property.
Security deposit: This is refundable and is returned to you within 14 working days after the end of your holiday providing no damage has occurred, no exceptional amount of cleaning is required and everything is in order.
Prices are per week and include all bed linen, water, electricity and gas or electric central heating, if towels are required, please add £4 per person (bath and hand towel per person supplied), a cot and high chair are also available for an additional £10 (includes both items).
One small dog is permitted for an additional £24 per week (excluding school summer holidays)
